Ismael Kassim is the founder and CEO of Kassim Consulting, a firm specializing in resident-centered relocation and housing compliance solutions. With Housing Quality Standards (HQS) certification and deep expertise in HUD’s URA Handbook 1378, he helps developers, housing authorities, and mission-driven organizations manage complex relocation projects with precision and care.

Since launching the firm in 2022,  he has led the successful relocation of hundreds of households across the D.C. region and beyond.
